Holiday Inn Slough - Windsor, an IHG Hotel

We arrived at 09:00 following an overnight flight from NY and we were told our room would not be ready until 15:00. Reception staff managed to make sure the room was ready for 13:00.This was fantastic and I can't fault the staff at all as they also use the bar lounge to sit in.Highly recommend and will stay again next time we fly from LHR

Amazing experience, would definitely come back, great location, my kids loved it, the breakfast was fantastic lots of choice, we were celebrating our sons birthday and they got him a card, put some balloons and wrote on the mirror he was overwhelmed. The staff are great, really nice and very helpful. Can't wait to come back.

Our 2nd time at this hotel & it looked bed up to our expectations. All the staff were so friendly, helpful & efficient. Rooms spotlessly clean & comfortable. Breakfast was the best & you only had to ask for something and the staff were happy to oblige. We will definitely be back for another 3 night stay. Great value for money

Perfect hotel for legoland, room is clean, reception staff very helpful, breakfast was just wants needed to start the day and the staff were great.However the evening meal services was dreadful. The staff didn't seem to care. The all headed together for their dinner at 8 leaving all the diners waiting and of the 6 staff we aSaw only 1 seemed to know what they were doing. The food is very basic cooking and it was so hot it was obvious it was all microwave for an average price of £16 a head. Really disappointing.

We chose this hotel as it is close to Legoland and also the underground in to Central London. The staff on arrival were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. We checked into the room and found it was very spacious, having two double beds and room to move was great. We slept well, the bed was very comfortable, and went for breakfast on the first morning. I was shocked to find so many nut products, including flaked almonds and a large jar of peanut butter, all in jars next to the spreads and cereals, the risk of cross contamination was far too high for me. We sat well away from the counter and spoke to the staff requesting some items cooked fresh, to reduce the contamination risk. The staff were fantastic and sorted this for me, it did take a while as they didn't appear to have items ready, but when they arrived they were very tasty. After breakfast, I spoke to the reception who gave me the option to pre-order food for the next morning, I took up this offer. On arrival at breakfast the next morning, within 2 minutes, my breakfast was in front of me, piping hot and exactly as ordered, what more could I ask for. The staff then came over regularly, even though the restaurant was very busy, to check if I needed any additional items from the back to reduce the contamination risk.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Lapland Windsor, the staff in the hotel were all very friendly and helpful, nice room and the breakfast was very good with a large choice of food and drinks, Amira and all the staff at breakfast were incredibly helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located beside the Slough exit of M4 and is just a short drive from Heathrow Airport. There are ample parking spaces. The staffs are efficient and the check-in process is fast. Our room is clean and quiet. Internet is ok for checking emails and updating social media but unpredictable for video streaming. The breakfast is good value for money, with a good selection of English breakfast items, cold cuts, bread, cereals, fruits, etc. I would love to return if I come to the UK again.

Top of list which any hotel should have are comfortable beds.The 3rd bed in the room was a Z bed with a very worn-out mattress.1st days breakfast was cold, 2nd days was much better.There were plenty of doors banging very early in the morning.Would I stop here again? No, there are plenty of other hotels in the area.
