If I could offer 0 stars I would. No contact through phone or email. I wish I had never purchased. Next day delivery is non existent as is customer service. Going through credit card to get money back as I am sure one day the item may arrive, but guarantee there will be no support if something goes wrong.

Stay clear of this company.This item has gone faulty after a week.I sent emails and messenger to big on electrical and no reply , I called them and they said they would want the switch back to test before they send out a replacement and this will take up to 18 days.Absolutely ridiculous that they do not trust the customer and expect me to have no lights in my living room for 18days.

Stay clear of this retailer. Two weeks after ordering an extractor fan listed as in stock and after chasing them for delivery they advised they did not in fact have the item in stock. Wish I had read the other Google reviews before ordering

Ordered a dehumidifier on Wednesday and received today (Sunday) by DPD. Must admit after I ordered it and then saw the reviews on this company I was very unsure if I would ever see it. However, my experience has been very good and at the time of ordering this was the cheapest price on the Internet.
