Great Coffee. Great Staff. Great Service.I rarely visit Starbucks now. Nero has continually gave me better deals and their loyalty scheme is so much more simple.Get a stamp for a coffee or two if you use a reusable cup. They don't charge extra for soy milk either.

Staffs are absolutely clueless about their own app. Had to pay twice cause their computer froze even tho the transaction went through from my end. Had to explain why I have 15% student discount on the app which should’ve been known by them. Yet they didn’t acknowledge.

Nice classical piano music when I visited. Really lovely, smiley east asian trainee who was very happy to serve me. It makes a difference to the customer experience to see a smile. Guy on the till was a bit monosyllabic. At least Nero doesn't charge extra for soya milk. I love their raspberry croissant too.

I love Cafe Nero. It is the best chain coffee shop in the UK by far. The coffee is consistently good. The staff at this store are amazing, always so friendly and helpful. Service is quick. You never have to wait long even when the queue is long. The Christmas Mint Choc Chip hot chocolate is so good, and the luxury mince pies are to die for. Great reward system and great easy to use app. Until we get a Tim Hortons in the UK definitely my go to coffee shop. Great location and perfect outdoor seating for the mild, dry days. Great decor. What's not to like at this location. I highly recommend it ☕❤

Caffe Nero is always my favourite cafe place ahead of Costa and Starbucks. This branch is excellent in terms of cleanliness, quality and service. Well done!

My dad used to come here regularly. But on one occasion he felt unwell so came alone and tried to buy just a coffee to sit down with to catch his breath. He wanted to pay cash and was told it was card only. He told me that the coffee had already been poured and was sat there on the counter but he didn’t have card payment on that day. He told me how the person serving poured away the coffee and told him sorry he can’t have it. My dad had lung cancer and was a regular there until that day. He’s now passed away and I can’t even bare to walk by knowing your staff could treat him so badly! Staff training and gestures of good will now and again would go a long way!

I always get student discount while I pay through the Nero app. However here today, I paid for my drink using the student discount and the staff didn’t know about this discount. They argued with me that it hadn’t gone through (though I showed them my transaction history where it was clearly showing that the payment had gone through) and charged me twice for a drink. Total Rubbish.
