Elsenham House

I've found with my partner whilst being under your care , as for care given i found my partner in distress because he was hungry all the time . He lost weight as he has special dietary issues the were not met at all . This was also so very distressing for me .i even went to Cromer and bought him a Cromer crab which he was not give ..instead he was given a sandwich this occurred more than once !
