They do not take the no-print amazon parcel returns. The checkout guy is also an unpleasant person.

requires you to paid for amazon return package(which should be free) and he didn't even told me that I have to pay for the package before I use it.

Really bad customer service . The middle age, male checkout operator on till more bothered about his mobile than engaging with his customers. Only gave eye contact when I handed my money over. I'm new to area and been checking out local stores, I wont be back here. I would go next door instead, either Holbeck Bargain store or Kasa. Better service.
