The communication is shocking I need to reschedule an appointment myself and husband have rang countless times over the week to be on hold for 30+ minutes before it cuts off. We have left several voice messages over 4 days and have emailed on 2 separate days and still no one gets back to you. It’ll go down as a did not attend and will be our fault. I’m sure if I pressed for the private rather the nhs they would answer the phone

Not a good experience. The dentist clearly didn't know about children. Toddlers first time at the dentist should be a fun gentle experience to get them used to a new scary place. Didn't try to coax them in at all, just lie back in the chair and let a stranger forcefully put her fingers in the mouth! No not good at all. Entrance and lift area grubby which doesn't make a good first impression.

Being very nervous at visiting the dentist, I was put totally at ease. The dentist explained exactly what he was doing and fortunately having not attended the dentist for sometime was grateful for nothing having to be done this time. I have my appointment booked for my 6 month review.

Usually quite satisfied but the last time I felt things things were not the same. My appointment was delayed by 45 mins causing the dentist to rush me through she just looked in my mouth and said everything looked OK but that I needed to use fluoride toothpaste so gave me a prescription, said goodbye, we'll see you in six months. Not quite the service as previous times.

Got an email at 9:31 saying my appointment at 9:50, was cancelled. I hadn’t seen the email as I was travelling to my appointment. The lift was broke meaning I had to climb the stairs despite having a bad knee. Only to be told they had emailed me - the dentist is off sick.Wouldn’t common sense, basic customer service and decency, had been for someone to phone me to cancel?! Not impressed at all.Not to mention This has happened to other family members of mine before too.If it wasn’t so difficult to find an NHS dentist I would go elsewhere - perhaps that is why Genix behave in the way that they do!!!!

Second visit and was seen on time and given clear and informative communication.The practice has an excellent appointment system which provides good reminders and offers earlier times if appointments are cancelled.I don't understand why paying patients can't get an appointment on Saturday - taking a precious day off isn't ideal.

Recent filling on a molar which had a gaping hole. Appointment was on time and received excellent treatment. I couldn't believe how fast the gum was frozen and how quickly the filling was done. No pain afterwards either. In and out in 25 mins. Well done. Always been treated with care and respect.

I visited recently and was disappointed at being sent to the waiting room and seeing other customers being called in before me long after the time that my appointment was due. When I went to the desk to complain I was told that they were sorry but the dentist I was due to see had overrun with her last patient. Fortunately I was called on a few minutes later. I have to say that this is the first time that I have had cause to complain on any visit and am happy to put it down as a “one off”. I have no other complaints about this visit. Thank you for all your help

Friendly reception staff, Reasonable waiting time for non emergency treatment when trying to make an appointment.You get a lovely email/text message about when your next check up is due. Which most dentist I been with, never send you a reminder. I would recommend this clinic, really nice professional attentive service. I always get my teeth check very well in each appointment.

Great experience with both dentist and hygienist. Lovely polite receptionists. Lift could do with being cleaned more often, but I’m sure this is the job of the lease holder
