I have used the service twice now. I think they are doing exceptionally well. Cars are very nice and gives you a very smooth journey.Last time, even though Phil had a hard time arranging the car of my choice on a short notice but he did an absolutely amazing job with an upgrade with almost the same price tag.On my return I was handled by Mr. Slaney who is working as an intern but I was amazed by his passion, confidence and humbleness. I am quite sure he will excel further in the field.Overall, it has been a very nice experience, although I must recommend them to cut down on their (exit fees) when the pickup and drop-off locations are different (London and Nottingham) for example.Otherwise, bravo guys!

The staff were fantastic, the lassy I dealt with, Miss S, was friendly, helpful and kept me informed. Picked me up from a nearby garage repair shop after someone had driven into me.They explained everything and although was given a small Hyundai i10, the professionalism was great. Was not their fault I was given such a small car... Can blame both the insurance and car repair companies.Overall very impressed and would use again

Person who dropped it off and person who took me home was great. The rest was much worse than when last used. Cat arrived nearly empty after it had been delivered to the wrong address. Not had money back for the extra fuel you have acquired off me.

Great service, very professional staff, car was nice and in very good condition also they was very flexible with the rental length, was in a rush when returning the car however Lee was great checked the car in and ensured I was happy with everything. Would definitely recommend them

Typical American company, over friendly but reasonably priced. All was going well until I told them I don't have a credit card so was unable to continue with the van hire even though I paid my deposit using my debit card via the app. way in advance, be aware that any refunds are issued from the USA for some reason, I waited 3 months, unacceptable in this day and age.

Absolutely incompetent, our friend from America booked an automatic 4 door hire car when we arrived to collect the car they said that they did not have an automatic car only a manual car a fiat 500!! Manager said that this happens all the time so we asked him to get one from another branch to which he said no can do this company is an absolute joke would not recommend!!!

Personally I have used this Enterprise branch quite a lot and have always received excellent service. The staff always try their best to accommodate my requirements despite their rapid turnover of vehicles. Recently I was referred to them by the AA twice when my car broke down and Becky and Josh went above and beyond on both occasions. Thanks.
