SHOCK HORROR. Be vigilant when choosing this company to insure you in anyway shape or form. I took out a 30 day policy for impound insurance and did not have to use the insurance so after 2 days contacted them to refund the insurance but to shock they would not. NO COOLING OFF PERIOD AND THEY DO NOT STATE THAT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS but claim it was mentioned over call as well as all calls being recorded. Hopefully my bank does me justice.

Been with BP insurance for over twenty years but on last visit to insure vehicle was told the best they could do was £1300 .!Internet was better at £600!Lost there way ??Staff are always pleasant!Will see next year .

I call them for private hire insurance and they quote me almost £4350. When I ask the reason why is it so much high price so she said the car is import.What I don't understand is dvla has given us the registration and now car is in UK. Its hasn't got any diamonds built-in on the dash board.So annoying
