Very annoying children behind the counter who refuse to let you check the items your buying, especially when said item isn't fully complete. I'd expect to be able to inspect what I'm buying, not given a blank stare by a kid who looks high on drugs.

Bought a game online. There system glitch ched and deleted my house number I re added it and contacted and recontacted them before they sent it. They still sent it without a house number. Yes we have over 50 houses on my street. Luckily I know the postie so could pre sort it but zero help from thes Muppets ..also stop putting stupid stickers on your games we know u buy and sell stuff stop ruining the cases

Popped myself within the store to have a browse .. was quite busy many customers complaining of the cost of second hand electrical technology items as too strongSuppose they have to make a profit and also offer 2year warrantyI have been quite lucky and never needed to claim the warranty on my photography equipmentSadly nothing here for me todayWas tempted on a new phone A ratedBut it won't stop me calling into the other store in the town for a sneaky look tooClean store bright and airy nice environentBetter than a lot of other exchange stores in the Boro

I came in to browse some DVDs, and at the least the ones that I picked up were all empty, like they didn't have the disc inside them. But it wasn't too busy so I'd give it a two star.

Bought a Logitech G715 grade a from this store online - The USB receiver had been swapped out and obviously the store had been fooled. Subsequently returned it as it was not usable to the full extent without this receiver and was told it would not be relisted on the website. However the store relisted it despite now knowing the issue, presumably they're hoping to scam another buyer.

Great place for my kids to trade and buy there new games staff are great

I can't pass this shop without calling in and having a look, I've bought loads of games at great prices and the odd camera lens. There's allsorts of things for everyone
