I'm glad I ignored the advice I got from 3 builders to 'not' involve a structural engineer. Mr keskin pointed out to me some loading from the roof and upstairs masonry walls that myself and the builders hadnt considered and he calculated 2 practical solutions to support it all.He's a pleasure to work with, incredibly knowledgeable, very fairly priced and I'm looking forward to calling him again in the future.Thanks

What a fantastic service! Professional, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable at a competitive price. Ozgur was a pleasure to communicate with. An initial phone call to discuss my requirements of removing a load bearing internal wall, a site visit one week later and a full report emailed 1 working day later. Ozgur also provider support and advice regarding the alterations and building control requirements. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
