Rang twice for an enquiry over a painting i needed framed and just didnt seem bothered to help me out. It seems they just didnt want my business. I was looking for a specific frame and asked if i could send pictures of it and just turned me down why even answer the phone if your not prepared to take my business. Appalling customer service
