Wonderful service and staff. NOTE: the appointments line is very busy, if you can’t get through within opening hours then it’s because the queue is full and you just have to try again. But once I got through it was easy and the nurse that saw me was lovely.

Today the person I spoke to, what sounded like a young woman, seemed to have a curt and snotty attitude. She didn't even check out who was calling. I found it strange that she didn't even confirm my details.

Nurse super friendly, was seen very quickly on the same day after explaining on the phone. Got my results back the same day also- super efficient. The doctors also spent a decent amount of time actually talking through everything which I found super reassuring and calming.

After a horrific experience in Hounslow I had my copper coil removed and a new one refitted here instead. Was very nervous but the nurse was so kind and professional, she immediately put me at ease and done a great job. No issues and fitted perfectly. They use ultrasound to check the placement which added to my reassurance. Would highly recommend all women to get their contraceptives here. Nurse even checked how I was getting home and made sure I was ok afterwards.

Have overall good experience as booking appointments seems really straightforward. The only reservation I may have is that my samples got missing on couple of occasions and I had to do them again - seems quite odd as the lab is literally on the same floor as the consultation rooms.Otherwise great service, professional and friendly staff and reasonable waiting times comparing to Dean street for example.They made a huge improvement it seems through the past few years - well done 10 HB!

The office and waiting area is big enough and even decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. I did my coil contraception here and the nurse was super helpful and patient. I feel I was taken care of. Highly recommend it especially if you want to have a nice and relaxed setting for your (first) contraception.

Amazing experience. I went to the wrong floor and the staff managed to find me and place me in the right department. Not crowded. I was literally sat down for 10 to 15 minutes before they called me in. Very professional and good at what they do. And ontop of all that good service they told me that the turnaround for results is 24 hours .

The places is not to crowded at all so there are plenty of space to sit and still maintain the social distance. the staff are brilliant and lovely. So happy ain't travelling to central London anymore

I would like to leave my feedback about my recent visit into this clinic on Saturday 19th of August. There are some points which I found good.At first, the condition of interior and medical devices look great.Secondly, it is easy to book and have an appointment in next few days from the moment when you call to receptionist. This place is not busy at all in comparison to others medical clinics. They even work on Saturday!Thirdly, there are amazing people. Staff on reception were so friendly on basement and second floors. The young lady on second floor even helped me with my medical form. They create a perfect vibe which helps feel yourself better in this place.Special thanks to the doctor I have visited in that day. Lovely lady was so kind to me. It was very professional when she asked me about all my medical history and spent enough time for this. I have never met the gynaecologist as careful as she was. The doctor was saying about every action she did to me. I felt no pain, no discomfort, no fear during the examination. Also, she told me enough information about my condition, she was opened to all my questions and gave me advises and suggestions without an imposition. She just was polite and understanding which are very important. I wish to all women to have the doctor like this!Furthermore, I have got the results of my test in the same day I was which was so quick.Recommendations: it is really useful to get any online medical articles via messages to read more about patient’s conditions and diseases from clinics like this.Great place!
