Having just started my balloon venture I knew I needed a wholesaler company that is close by, I knew about this one from my school days and still amazed me this time round with the quality of products along with helpful friendly staff.

Stunning collection of balloons and party decorations. I am buying party decorations from them for all most 4 years and I am never disappointed with the collection. Staff is very helpful and not only do they help to find out stuff but also suggest on latest trends and scenery.

Have been using this supplier since they opened. Very well stocked, even in these difficult and uncertain times. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful.

Very friendly staff and they always help to find what the customer is looking for. They have a great range of party items, from balloons & cards to party decor ideas and their varieties for every item are above average from most wholesalers at an affordable price. Great service overall !

1000s of party items. Huge party and sports item collection.

Visted this store for the 1st time, as i usually buy my balloons online. I had a last-minute booking for a balloon installation for a party, and this was the closest store. I spent near to £100 on latex, foil balloons, and helluim. When blowing the foil ballonlons with helluim, they barely lifted off the ground, and the latex only stayed up for less than 10mins. When calling the store to let them know. They basically said thats your problem, we dont have problems with helluim. Having worked in customer services, this is very poor. As we, in turn, had a poor customer experience by not being able to fulfil our service as we couldn't use any of the 8 foil balloons we bought. And latex balloons didn't stay up. I will not be going back. A simple sorry for your experience would have been received well. Not its your fault.
