Recently opened under new management so thought I would pop in and take a look. Fresh lick of paint has done wonders, looks great inside and out.Met with a warm welcome by Graeme and the drinks were spot on, nice choice of beers & spirits. Not doing food just yet but will be doing soon apparently so will be back to try that! Lovely outside area so we sat and enjoyed the nice weather with a cold beer.Really liked the overall feel of the place so now it's on my radar will make the effort to stop by. Well done to the new team and best of luck.

The place has been done up nice. The drink range is very good. Food looked great but I didn't eat there but will be giving it a try.

Went for Sunday Roast, which was great. Proper dinner, made fresh and not a carvery where food is left under hot lamps to dry out. Good pint of Guinness too. Seriously, everyone ring and book for a Sunday, you will not be disappointed.

We had Sunday Lunch. Food was quite good and generous portions, but we were not asked if we wanted gravy and the whole meal was covered in gravy. It would have been nicer to have a jug to add our own or not.

Great local pub. Sunday roast definitely recommended. Great choice of desserts, but no room left to fit one in.

The best Sunday roast around. Good size portions. Meat very tender. Fantastic price. Staff friendly & efficient. Also it is a dog friendly pub. Perfect for a family meal out
