We bought a car a couple of months ago and we were promissed to get send a spare key on the post (which was included in the price) afterwards there were no signs of the guy trying to communicate with us about it. When I called him he was deceiving, unpolite and finally rude. Till this we do not have the key (worth £300) despite it was put in the offer.Regarding to your answer. My dad doesn't speak English but it doesn't make any difference for you because I came with him to be a translator. How pathetic reason it is. So there was nothing for you to help him with. Also you didn't save the car. You just told me that if you would find somebody to sell this car it would be my case that I'm travelling from far away. Now I'm waiting 2 months and you've told me that you have no idea when I will see the key. You have no respect to the customer. You advertised the car with 2 keys. Question is when I will see the spare key?

Bought a Skoda Roomster back in March 2019 and received wonderful service. Car was immaculate and has been great. Very sorry to learn that the company looks like it closed in October?

Hate leaving negative reviews but our experience has been really bad.The deal on the day of buying the car was great and very curtious, so much so that he addmitted a fault with the car and offered to get it fixed the next day. We was very happy with this and my daughters boyfriend paid full price no haggling and left happy. Next day car returned and told problem fix. The coming few days it became evident that it was not fix. At least three further appointments with another garage, a couple of months and the car just got worse after every visit. We asked if our own mechanic could take a look and that was refused. It’s safe to say at this point the Hallam has done nothing wrong but the repair garage was quite clear not at the level of capability to diagnose this problem correctly. The car had become in usable and he was getting upset.The poor 17 year old lad has now been left with no money and a car that is un usable. The daily comute has become a bus ride, Halam now refusing to answer his calls and messages.Thanks guys

First time buying a car from these guys and they were great, the cars are well priced and the service has been great. Had a small niggle with it which they dealt with promptly. I didn't find them patronising or pushy which I've had at other places. Jake was very helpful. I even changed my mind over night which didn't phase them.I will be going back.

This has to be the most painless, pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. James the owner and jake his right hand man are very genuine folk and want only to help. After a two and a half hour drive to get there, we were asked if we wanted a cupper and to rest before we looked at the car. We did the usual things and bought the car in under half hour. We spent two hours there chatting and drinking tea. You could not be made more welcome there. I should mention that every car in their unit is of exceptional quality, (I looked at them all) if they have what you are looking for, I very much doubt you will find it at a lower price or in better condition anywhere else.. This is now my go to place for vehicles. I honestly feel I have met some new friends

I bought a car from Hallam Motor Company earlier this year a Smart car , they were very professional, polite nothing was too much trouble they looked after me very well , and I have been so happy with the car it still looks good and it runs wonderful it is everything I thought it would be -they sold me a good one ! I would not fail to use them again.

AVOID if you don't want to waste time and face a rude attitude !!!Unprofessional insulting dealer.Over the phone I asked the dealer if the car is a nonsmoker ( myself and wife being nonsmokers).I thought he joked when he said you should go to your local dealer and buy a new vehicle as an 11 years old vehicle had a smoker at a point inside" - fair point

Couldnt be happier with my pug 308 (07) i got from these guys. Always upfront and honest about any questions i brought up. There was even a little issue picked up on the mot ( which passed fine ) but they insisted on fixing it before letting me take it home . After a bad experience with a mini from another dealer im very pleased i found these guys to put my trust back into dealers and would recommend to anyone looking for another used car.Thanks guys!!Adam

I bought a Seat Altea which unbeknown to the dealers required some work under the warranty. Staff at Hallam motors communicated with me very well whilst having had the car repaired. This repair was at a significant cost to the dealer and they were true to their word regarding rectifying this issue. They were also very transparent regarding where the car was being repaired and the company used was of high quality with sound reputation. I would highly recommend this dealer as they have proven their honesty and integrity with their after sales service.

I took my elderly mum and dad to buy a car off these guys and when we arrived we were offered hot drinks and able to look around the car we went to see at our own liesure not pushy just let us get on with it, the car in question was immaculate and I have to say all there cars looked fantastic you can really see these guys take pride in what they do and put alot of effort in. During the test drive we were dealt with very professional as my mother is elderly she was given time to get used to driving the new car and not rushed in any way, my mum loved it so decided to purchase it. All I can say is these guys were very professional and really helpful with all our questions and could not do enough for us to make sure we were happy. Just want to say thankyou to the guys at Hallam and would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a second hand car.
