Gross! Had to pay to use the toilets and they were filthy, one stall was covered in blood.

65 bus scheduling is utterly ridiculous. Comes up to 20 minutes late than its expected time sometimes even 40 minutes. They should fix the 65, otherwise for what are they charging so much.Utterly pathetic.

Never on time, buses just disappearing from charts.

Bunch of c*nts who don't know how to run a company and always have the buses running incorrectly. They don't care about their customers or who they are serving - Even though they monopolised the bus services as well as other transport types.Then when you ask them - why the last bus was late, they reply ignorantly as that is the way they were raised - it isn't their fault and they cannot do nothing at all. Customer service worse than their upbringing haha.Must have been raised by terrible excuses for mothers and fathers - and the owners and management will raise even pooer mannered children. In fact I pity them worse than animals who are abused by their owners.At least animals such as dogs wouldn't bite the hand that feeds them. Least I can say for Travel West Midlands.

National express coach service is very reliable. The smarter way to save money is buying your tickets in advance. I would suggest buying the amendable ticket for hiccups on your journey. All coaches come with bathroom facilities on board. Staff is well mannered and pleasant. I can also say that I have never lost any luggage while travelling with them.

No air conditioning on bus 203 to Southampton. Also to start off it was late. Date of travel 6/16
