When arriving, there was a mix up with my car being serviced and my car was not scheduled in, after a phone call to another department, Sophie assisted me and accommodated me and the car was serviced with excellent care, And I didn’t need to wait as long as I thought I needed to. Sophie recognised that I had come from Manchester so did not want to send me away. If it wasn’t for Sophie being so efficient and understanding I would not be leaving a good review.

Reviews should genuinely reflect the entire experience, not just the initial impression.In the future, I won't consider reviews that include photos with salespeople, as they may not always represent an unbiased opinion.From the start, there were challenges. During my test drive appointment, I wasn't initially allowed to drive the car, a situation that later changed. Despite a holding deposit with two days remaining, I felt pressured to finalize the purchase, with implications that the car might be sold otherwise.The following days were marked by a lack of communication from the dealership regarding the car's delivery. I had to take the initiative to confirm these details. Upon delivery, I noticed several issues with the vehicle, which I promptly reported.The car spent two weeks at the dealership for necessary repairs. Upon its return, I encountered critical warning messages, including ones about engine repair and airbag faults. Efforts to return the car were initially met with resistance, but a brief but positive interaction with a manager helped address some of my concerns.I eventually returned the car due to unresolved issues and lodged a complaint under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 with the finance company. The matter is currently under investigation, and I intend to update this review with the final outcome..I already reached out to Chapelhouse's customer care (customer care kia) regarding my concerns including the Head of Sales, Service Manager, Sales Manager, and Salesperson.
