Petersfield Pharmacy + Travel Clinic
Great pharmacy. I've been getting my scripts filled here for almost 3 years. The staff are all extremely helpful and nice. The new manager has made some great changes and I have seen an improvement in the pharmacy since he's come of board. The pharmacy has also helped me enable family members to pick up my scripts when I can't make it in myself. Very satisfied.

Travel vaccinationsI stopped in without appointment to schedule multiple vaccinations as I work overseas. Fantastic service. Got most shots that day, and had to come back the next day for the one that was not in stock. The staff and pharmacist are great- very helpful and the pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable in respect to vaccinations for travel. Skip the other places where online appointments are required. This place is best!!

Friendly, helpful service. Always clear if what I need is in stock or not & offers a texting service so they can let you know when prescriptions are available to collect. Also went here for a flu jab appointment - easy to book, relaxed, friendly & didn't take long. No wait. Will be going here from now on despite it being a farther walk. Worth it.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This surgery is a disgrace. Having waited weeks for an appointment, my partner had booked time off work this morning only to be called en route to be told her appointment had been cancelled owing to a doctor being off sick. No effort made to fit her in with the other doctor on duty, no contingency, just palming her off with the local pharmacist and offering a phone appointment in the future which are of no use when the concern requires a face to face appointment. Let’s hope the issues don’t develop into something more serious hey. Appalling!

So bad. Prescription was sent their so I had no choice. Ironically they’re only open when EVERYONE ELSE IS AT WORK! They have a phone number... that’s chronically unavailable. What’s the point. Also work so slow. Please avoid!!

I have lived off Mill Road in Cambridge since 1990. During this period the chemist has changed ownership a couple fo times and staff many times. It has to be said that in all that time the current Manager and his team of staff give a wonderful knowledgable, helpful and friendly service. We are lucky as a community to have a first class pharmacy.

Considerate, attentive, informed and even went so far as to trigger the blocked prescription and save me a 50 minute phone queue. Imho 5 stars and I will be walking here as opposed to the nearer one
