RACIST!!! I worked here in 2018, after being told I had to hang up on ASIAN PEOPLE because they said asian people are time wasters and would try and haggle the price.After been told that it took 3 days for me to realise this company is absolutely disgusting,other peoples reviews about hassling old people etc are 100% right. Should be shut down they were fined 90 grand laat year for making nussiance phone calls.

Why are you asking my Mother for another £5000 as BT are Changing from analogue to digital, telling her if she doesn't her alarm system will be basically useless? I hope you'll be giving her a refund as you won't be providing the service promised & that's she's paid for?

there a horrible place to work for the promise full training thats a joke and tell you that you will be dealing with established customers you dont its cold calling mostly to old and vunreble people even if the person you ring is going to a funeral your supposed to ask what time they will be bk!! disgusting and when you wont do that they sack you there a joke stay away from then they have no respect for you or the people they sell to unless you get people to part with there hard earned money then there happy!!!

This company uses cold calling to scare people into buying home security.The calls start with burglary has gone up in your area etc and continue with you need security from us etc its all read off a script to the point where i thought it was a recording at first.Anyway after i stopped the guy from talking i said we already have security/cameras etc that connect to our phones and warn us in realtime and that he shouldnt be calling because we are TPS registered.This company should be fined for cold calling people who are registered on TPS as they seem to be doing it to lots of other people.

Very good system, gives you peace of mind knowing someone is at the other end. Being able to control the system remotely with my Smart Phone is very handy.Also the engineers are excellent.

This is a disgraceful company who phone homes in my area telling me how crime has increased in my area, no one comes if a normal alarm goes off etc etc, but for £199 I could have their system and someone who drives around my area" employed by this company would come to my assistance ! How many elderly people on their own are they terrifying and making them find the money to purchase something they don't need. Disgraceful - they should be stopped making these phone calls."
