Do not buy from this Company! I sent 2 emails, 2 texts & left 2 voicemail messages enquiring about the same car, none of which I received a reply to. I was wanting to make an appointment - as per their advertised “opening hours” - to view a car which would have meant a 200 mile round trip & they didn’t have the decency to come back to me. Which respectable car dealer would run their business that way? Leave well alone.

Bought an Audi A5 from these guys recently. Nothing but a headache. When we got the car home we noticed the passenger side headlamp was smoking but thought nothing of it as it was cold at the time. Car had been parked for a few days and we noticed an oil leak so took it to a trusted local mechanic. Lo and behold the car was broken. Slow Oil leak, diesel leak, fuel injector leaking, under tray was absolutely soaking wet and diesel was sat on the serpentine belt. Took the car back to S&T to be greeted with hostility and blag. There were 5 employees surrounding my partner at one point during the returning of the vehicle, all insistently trying to tell him that the car was fine and there’s nothing up with it, trying to persuade him to let them fix it. My partner had to shout and lose his temper something terrible before any employee from S&T would take him seriously. It wasn't until we mentioned the 14 day cooling off period that ALL consumers are entitled to by law that the owners changed their tune and accepted the return.I would advise anyone looking to buy a car to avoid this garage unless you have extensive mechanic knowledge and can do a thorough check on site.I would also advise anyone going to look at a Black Audi A5 3.0L diesel (RJ12AVJ) to take a mechanic and ensure the issues i have mentioned are repaired before you sign the documents and fork over thousands of your hard earned money.

I bought a car and had a few problems. Trying to get it fixed was a hassle. I had a missing tow eye cover that I was promised to receive but never did. All 4 tyres were low and brakes weren’t in the best condition.

Backed out of a deal with these guys because of how bad the customer service is the sales men have no interest and are straight up rude and unhelpful. Car wasn’t as described. Cowboy dealership avoid.

Travelled from Carlisle to view a vehicle and Bought a Mercedes’ ML from these guys and have to say everything was first class .Vehicle purchase went without a hitch and they did everything I could have asked for including a part exchange with no hassle .Would recommend
