Beautiful shop, something to look at, but not much to buy. Small assortment and the quality is not the best. I bought a cup, after a month of use it became very worn. There is a lot of stuff, you can't keep your eyes open and there are a lot of people.

the actual store is fine but the staff are bad. not all just this one lady. A lady with bright orange hair (whoever told you that looked good was lying) was patronising me because I didn’t put my trousers in the hanger nice enough after trying them on, like hun that’s ur job, u get paid to do this not me? she said something like, « is that how you found them? « and then this lady has the audacity to pretend to be all nice again when her managers watching. honestly people like her don’t deserve a job and put me off going into h&m - hope that h&m is enjoying that lady scaring off customers with her attitude (and hair)

It's ok. Clothes a little expensive and it feels a little like a jumble sale as clothes all over the place. Staff helpful and polite

Nice big spacious multistory, right in bull ring mall. Has lots of varities of cloths. Mix quality. There are bus connitivity to all over just out side the bull ring, train and metro stations are just nearby on walking distance. As it is right in middle of city center so there are other shops around it and some good food zones for small quick meal.

Very nice and clean everywhere, great prices and lots of choices from 3 floors.

Love H&M and this store was large with a wide range of products. Good size changing rooms.

I’m really sorry to complain, but feel I have to.A Saturday in the height of Christmas shopping and to only have 1 staff member on the checkouts is ridiculous.Took at least 5 -10 mins before the poor employee got any help, then that was only 1 other.When I was in queue there were a lot of customer getting very frustrated.Then to top it all off scanner didn’t work so employee had to input all items.Felt really sorry for the employees for poor management.

Waited in the queue for 10 minutes as only one cashier is available, when I finally arrived I suggested self checkout stations and she said that s not my work go find the manager.

The staff at the fitting rooms are asking the customers to do their job for them, meaning return the clothes after fitting, hang them on the hangers etc!!!...Horrible attitude and customer service, this is a disgraceful tactic of staff members that don't want to work, last time I checked I don't have a contract with HnM so why should 'WE' the customers have to do the staff's job?it is not alright to order the customers around and it is not alsright to expect them to do your job without a pay...if you do not want to do the work then leave so HnM can hire people that actually want to work. If you want to have actual shops where people go to buy in person then you also need to provide a level of customer service it is part of the experience differently we can simply buy online. Management needs to take serious action against this attitude from the staff..You are losing customers WAKE UP!
