We have used Key Mortgage Advice for the first time (being first time buyers too) having come highly recommended by a friend and colleague and we were not disappointed. Clare was our mortgage advisor, we found her to be really helpful, approachable and knowledgeable. She found us a really good deal and was very swift in getting this aspect sorted.Our case manager was Melanie and from start to finish she was amazing. As first time buyers we were at times out of our depth and our purchase, whilst starting out was straightforward, ended up being very complicated and stressful due to chain issues. Melanie kept us informed throughout. She phoned us regularly, chased up what was needed and always reverted to any queries we had swiftly, seamlessly and professionally. Melanie really went above and beyond and her support in such a stressful situation was immeasurable. We really felt safe and would not hesitate to recommend Key Mortgage Advice to anyone. Andrey has been amazing form start to finish. I have had a default against my name which is currently going through a despute which other mortgager brokers have told me they cant get me a mortgage however Andrey has managed to get me approved!! We were recommended Key Mortgage Advice by my accountant after I had tried some of the larger brokers in the past who often promised a lot but delivered nothing.Our situation was we were both self-employed and first time buyers.
