Very helpful & friendly service. Paper Round have been collecting the bulk of our recycling for many years and are invaluable in advising us on becoming much more efficient with our recycling and reducing waste. They also offer a wide range of of ethical/ sustainable office supplies.

We have our paper & card picked up every few weeks, usually by a guy called Nick who is always friendly and helpful. And when calling up to book it all in, whoever is on the phone has also always been a great help. so a solid 5 stars from us.

Trying to get a contract with them or any information for nearly 2 months. Non responsive, despite lots of emails. Will be using another company for my commercial contract.

The absolute worst experience. Incredibly expensive. Terrible collection policies. Collection stafff Rude to my own staff. Management seem to be refusing to speak to consumers over problems. Do not use Recorra. Terrible!

This company uses so many “loop holes” and sharp practice including using a senior persons carehome as free parking space for their vehicles! don’t fall for their slick public relations pitch it covers a mire of corruption
