Stay away from this company! I am currently in the middle of a dispute with them and they are doing nothing to try to resolve. Ordered a hairdryer Babyliss italia brava) which I paid £88 for. They sent a different model (Babyliss Rapido), which retails on Amazon and other sites for £33 (I have also found it for under £26). Initially agreed to collect item and refund in full but are now reneging on that promise. Fobbing me off saying they have to contact Babyliss, even though they weren’t the ones to take my money and send me the incorrect order! I still have a £33 hairdryer which I paid £88 for! All seems very suspicious to me as the model I have isn’t even an option on their website.

I don't normally leave reviews on Google however I thought I should this time. The product that I ordered was great, received in time and the price was incredible!
