I highly recommend James and his team at Gloaming Tree Surgery. I have used them on numerous occasions over the years both for tree maintenance and tree removal. James keeps a regular check on my horse chestnut tree and has removed some dead conifers and kept a conifer tree from catching on the telephone lines. They are a friendly bunch who are reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable and experienced. They leave things tidy after they've finished too. I recommended them to my son when he was buying his first house. He used James for a tree survey report which was very thorough and shows just how knowledgeable and qualified James is. Great value too when you're getting quality work done.

Extremely pleased with James and his team who pruned my old willow tree for me. What can I say First class service fro start to finish . James turned up on time for the quotation and i was more than happy the price that he gave us . This was done professionally via email . We then set a date for the trees to be done . The team came on time on the date given and after been let down so many times with other companies this was a refreshing change . I spotted the Gloaming van on the petrol station one day whilst I was looking for somebody to do some tree work for me. I gave them a call and James came out on the Saturday with his young sons as that was the only time I was free. The price was very competitive compared to the others I had received and I agreed that Gloaming could have the job.James and his team arrived as agreed and I left them to crack on with the job. After finishing work, I returned to find them still beavering away, clearing up all the sawdust and leaves, something I was fully expecting that I would have to do. James advised me that another tree in my garden would need further work in the future, but that it wasn't urgent. James and his team carried out a conifer reduction at a property that I was renting. The work was carried out efficiently and promptly, made more difficult due to complicated access to the garden.
