My landlord arranged a quote from this company for bathroom work - a full bath replacement and new floor boards since the bath wastage / drainage fully floods through the floor and downstairs into the kitchen (via an electrical light fitting). I was then left to arrange the work date since it would be me allowing access.I arranged the work with a female receptionist for today at 10.30am. Noone showed. When I called to find out what was going on, a male with poor English proceeded to have no clue about the work that was booked so he hung up on me. When I called back, he said there was no job booked in so that's why he hung up on me. I could barely understand him and he could barely understand me but it was clear noone was coming to do this work and they weren't interested in anything I had to say.It took great organisation to arrange for a family of 4, where both parents work from home, to be out the house for the full day during the summer holidays. Then we come to the task of emptying out the bathroom, only to be treated with disrespect when the company fails to show up to the job that they booked in?!!Ridiculous.

My wife is disabled and uses the upstairs bathroom shower. It stopped working so I bought a replacement. My local plumber couldnt give me a date to replace. I waited a week and still no word. I looked online and found sph. They said they could fit it today. Great. They phoned half an hour before they came. The employee was called Ash. He offered to take his boots off. Within in half an hour every thing was screwed on and ready for use. Clean. Polite. Helpfull invoice sent via email. I highly recommend this company

The job was done very promptly and efficiently. Every part of the work undertaken was explained very carefully and in detail when the plumber arrived. Very reasonable price for the work too.Would thoroughly recommend this company.

My pipe had burst and they sent a technician within 2 hours. I found them very responsive to my queries and easily reachable. Definitely recommend them for plumbing issues.

Had them in 5 days in a row all of which they were consistently hours late. After all that the issue has been made worse and left completely unresolved. On two occasions the plumbers failed to show up completely resulting in us having to get the issue they caused fixed by another company.

The numerous positive google reviews are fake!!!Their prices are extortionate and their plumbers are neither professional nor reliable (more like rogue tradesmen rather than professional plumbers). Had to get another plumber to fix the mess they made who was shocked when we told him the price we paid for this company's services! AVOID AVOID AVOID.
