Once me and my mum heard about this place opening we got there as quickly as possible. I can honestly say I would wait hours in that drive thru or inside because the food is WELL worth it. Perfection. I think McDonald’s Kingswood may have just met their match.I also would like to say a huge thank you to the guy that served us on the drive thru called Billy. He was absolutely lovely and didn’t make us feel rushed to get the next car through. Great employee.

Well I thought I would bring me & the family to the grand opening, after all it is the first Wendy's in Hull, the last time I was at a Wendy's was in Qatar & I enjoyed it, the food its self is of good quality no doubt tasting fresh offering decent sized portions, the menu has a lot to offer even jacket potato's, the staff where friendly considering it was chaotic as it is the first day of serving, I know some would want finger clicking service I would say it takes time to get the correct flow in other words if there getting your food out in seconds then there's something wrong. good luck & thank you.

Waited 1hr 45m for my food on opening day but it was worth it and not the fault of the staff who worked hard to get all of the orders done. Great food.

Very average food quality and not cheap. Very small menu with limited choices. The building is too cold and the music is too loud - seems to be geared towards noisy kids rather than families or adults. Not somewhere to sit and enjoy your food.

Stupid place. They only have one system working and make people queue unnecessarily. Horrible service from the managers and the service team do not have a clue on what they are doing. Avoid like a plague.

Food is brilliant (second visit today) brought my son but I'm half way through the drive through and its already been well over an hour. The drive through definitely needs some work

Intercom inadequate, we could hear the girl asking two or more times to confirm orders.Menu not available until you arrive at the counter, could be displayed well before.We ordered a double and a single burger, both served cold and tastelessWas looking forward to a real burger, no better than Mc D’s,Won’t be in a rush to go again.Sorry.

Great venue, kids loved the gaming area and the food is top notch. Smashes other fast food places out the park!! Great addition for Hull
