Pruden's Bakery
Used to come and get the old school sponge tray bake all the time for my family but the last two occasions it’s been hard and dry, shame because it used to be delicious!

Good staff, good prices, good food. Not much else to say :)Great choice of different hot and cold foods and rolls ect. Bacon roll is a definite favourite for me

Customer service non existent.One member of staff appeared to be on personal phone call the other ignored me for a good few minutes and then just said 'yes'. Quoted the price no please or thank you and plonked card machine on counter in front of me.Will try another branch in future.Mince pies were lovely. Customer service was definitely not!

It is not great but it is not awful.The Good : The cheese and bacon turnovers are lovely.The Bad: The jam doughnuts were terrible, I expected them to be amazing.The Ugly: The staff are hit and miss. Some of them are really friendly and others give the impression that they don't want to be there and don't want you to be there either!

Sourdough. But, not how you imagine.......!Always a handy little bakery, being just a couple minutes walk away. Not a huge selection compared to the commercial outlets but, at least, it is fresh and home made"
