Very professional and welcoming. Explained everything perfectly and clearly, also they are quite flexible within the appointments as long as it is possible. I would highly recommend it. They also meet the rules of social distancing and the reception was quite clean too. I´d definetly be back if i need anything to be done for my car.

My mountain bike needed a service and new pads, excellent service guys super friendly and knowledgeable.

People are friendly and I would be happy to meet them outside the garage but the work was terrible. I booked my car in for a diagnostic check for 8:30am. I have not heard anything back till 4pm when I called and I was told someone will call me back in 2 mins after 10mins I called again and I was told again someone will call me back, in the end a just walk to the garage where i was told after a good 20 mins wait that nobody even touched my car all day so they had to reschedule for the next working day. I called the next working day about what is happening and that is when they started to work on the car. I have not heard from them for awhile so I thought I call and check again when I was told it is done but they don't know the problem but they don't know how to fix it and they said I have to take the car to the main dealer. They could have told me that straightaway instead of me need to call and that meant I lost an other day to try and book it in with someone who knows how to fix cars.Like I said, everybody who I was talked was really nice, but the work is rubbish and they don't have knowledge other than the very basic stuff like MOT or service. Will not go there again

Top class service. Went for an MOT. Minor fail but Dean went above and beyond sorting out the best way at getting the item replaced as soon as possible. Absolutely first rate way to look after customers. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Initially told they have a slot for following week on Friday, had to leave the car with them as it was not drivable, had the surprise to have the work completed on Tuesday, that’s 3 days ahead. What else can you wish? Fair price, good communication, nice atmosphere and a detailed verbal handover of the work completed on the vehicle. This place has changed a lot since I was last time there. I would recommend this place with my eyes closed. Well done guys

Booked online with no problems at short notice . Dropped the car off at 0745 . They evev phoned for authorisation to change a bulb. Staff member Alan was brilliant, cheery and happy. Called me at 1pm for pick up. Really could not fault the service or attitude and will use again

Had a service and mot completed today. Dave and his staff were helpful and professional. Very happy with their service.

Very busy but straight forward, paid for tyres online and just had to drop off and wait.Only annoyance is waiting area doesn't have many seats and not really ideal for waiting at for work to be done.

I have booked a service online on the Halfords a paid before hand but the person at the reception said I haven’t paid and won’t give me my vehicle back although I have already paid so I had to pay another £188 as it wasn’t on there system. And I still haven’t got my money back.
