Dave and his wonderful team have just completed the transformation of a much loved pantry into a beautiful new downstairs cloakroom. This involved stripping out the shelving, some of which were reinforced concrete, blocking up the door in the kitchen and knocking through a new door from the hall, running pipes etc. under the kitchen floor, plastering the walls, painting, fitting new toilet, wash-hand basin, drawers, gorgeous mirror, chandelier, radiator and fittings. Also tiling on one wall and the floor plus a new kitchen floor.It is very much a team effort, with a specialist coming to carry out his/her (it was a lady electrician) particular specialism. The result is perfection. They each arrived on time, were quiet and left the place clean and tidy each evening. We recommend Pinnacle Works Ltd. without any hesitation and to you all - many thanks.

In this time of pandemics and labour shortages, it was a real struggle to find a Construction company that could undertake work within a year. Dave was able to come round promptly and quote for installing brick footings, new joists and a new timber floor with associated woodwork within a number of weeks.All of his tradesman were polite, personable and professional and I would have no problems having them back.We had a couple of communication issues surrounding incorrect materials and duplicate conflicting quotes but given the current situation and the pressure builders must be under at present I can understand it. In any event, I have no problem recommending Pinnacle works for any jobs you may have.

Had a ground floor extension, garage conversion, some internal walls removed along with a kitchen fitted and some bespoke carpentry work.Dave had great enthusiasm about our project from the start and suggested some great ideas. His team at Pinnacle are hard working, professional, reliable and pay great attention to detail.We are so pleased with the work that has been carried out and would highly recommend them.

We were over the moon with our new shower room that Dave and his team did for us. We had a new shower, cubicle, floor tiles and tiles fitted. In addition, the old pipes were boxed in and we had a ceiling fitted over a very cold plastic extension roof, which has made the world of difference. It wasn’t the easiest time to get work done (during a global pandemic right before Christmas) but this didn’t stop the guys doing the job which was carried out in a safe, professional and prompt way. Everyone was super friendly and the communication and updates from Dave was excellent. We were really pleased with the end result. We used pinnacle for a single storey extension comprising of kitchen / dinner and we highly recommend Dave, Katie and the team. The team went above and beyond to complete the work prior to the imminent arrival of our third child. The workmen were always polite and a pleasure to have working in our home. Special mention to Bert whose ‘can do’ attitude and attention to detail was second to none. Throughout the build we felt at ease knowing we could contact Dave with any queries and were very grateful for the advice given by him and his team when considering different options. Dave and his team recently undertook an outbuilding conversion for me, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. From the very first visit Dave took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve, and throughout the process made several suggestions which made a huge difference to the final result. I've attached some before and after photos to show the transformation..We had a family emergency shortly after work commenced, and Dave couldn't have been more accommodating when we had to leave the country at short notice for some weeks. He ensured that work could continue in our absence, and that I was kept updated whilst overseas.His team were exceptionally good, and great company to have around throughout the process without exception. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough, and I'm sure we'll use them again in the future.

Totally thrilled with the extension on our bungalow completed by Pinnacle Works, professional and highly skilled company to deal with from start to finish. Dave and his team always communicated and nothing was too much trouble, they were a pleasure to have on site every day and I rather missed them when they all went. Dave and his team carried out a garage conversion knocking through an internal door, installing a new radiator, lighting, plug sockets and fully insulated and plastered walls. Every day they turned up bang on time and work was produced to the highest quality. All the guys were really friendly and kept me up to date with the work each day. Would highly recommend Pinnacle Works and will be using them in the future. Thanks guys!

Dave and his team were tasked with converting a garage into a kitchen space, reconfiguring our en suite bathroom and dormer, and creating a boot room. The work involved removing asbestos, converting the old dormer into a pitched roof, tiling work, rendering, internal structural work to create an open plan kitchen diner, creation and carpentry of a boot room, fitting a new bathroom, fitting bifold windows and doors, carpentry, interior decoration. The job took 6 months. We are so happy with it- the quality of the work is superb and the best part was working with Dave and the team. Not only are they highly skilled and professional but they are thoroughly likeable and made the whole process a pleasure, guiding us through any unforeseen situations with ease. Excellent workmanship across all areas (demolished outbuilding, rebuild new extension, took out large chimney breasts, remodel of kichen/dining etc), fabulous shaker kitchen installed exactly as wanted. Company/work sympathetic to the house being older, conservation area and next to a listed building. Super friendly chaps who clearly enjoy working for Pinnacle and have been lovely and respectful to neighbours. Thank you and highly recommended.
