What can I say about the service provided by Bill and his team?I will start by saying Bill Steph and the team are the most amazing, caring, professionals myself and my family could ever have met.Bill is truly a loving sensitive human who made a very sad time much easier to cope with. Bill was there for me when my wonderful Dad passed away. Nothing was too much trouble. I was constantly changing my requests but this didnt phase Bill. My Dads funeral was absolutely amazing and everyone passed comment saying it was the best funeral they had ever been to this was all down to Bill Steph and the team.Bill made sure all our wants and needs were met and went that extra mile even Dads bed was spectacular it was a Steinway Piano which just blew us away.I and my family cant thank Bill enough. Not only did he provide the best service at a very reasonable rate he also had the warmth and caring attitude that made a very sad time easier.Would I recommend Bill? Too right I would I could NOT have got through this without him.Thankyou my friends I love you all xxx

My Auntie was buried by this firm in my Grandmothers grave in 2014..they took the gravestone I had had erected down...and as of now..it hasn't been put back well over 12 months later ...they have been paid in full...but as of yet our family are still missing a headstone...I spoke by phone to an employer there and she said the sub contractors perhaps had let them down....what I told her quite politely was that Craddocks are and were the main contractors regarding my Aunties burial and all the thing involved in this as they were the ones our family paid...I told this very polite girl..that the buck stops with the Funeral directors..not sub contractors...She said she would get back to me but hasn't as of now and William Atkinson said that lack of contact from this firm,is the norm...I will wait before I write to the FD association in the Midlands...Would I recommend this firm...my notes above confirm a resounding NO!!No!! No!!

I can't thank Bill an staffenough for there care an compassion thay showed thay looked after my son in the most caring an dignified wayan respect thay gave me peace of mind knowing my son was being cared for such lovely caring people thank you so much for everything to each an every one of you bless you all

We used haydock funeral service in wigan for dad 14 months bernie was amazing. We are now using them for a 2nd time and are fabulous. Just can't do enough for us. X
