After researching for a caravan balcony gate I managed to find the perfect company who provided me with the better services where Kim the sales team made sure the product was getting installed / delivered with no extra cost with all fittings included. David the owner who fitted the gate went out his way to make me a bigger gate to suit the balcony opening then returned next day to install. Their products are more affordable than other decking companies with a very helpful / friendly services that I couldn’t find else where in north wales. I do strongly recommend David’s own designed high quality products at the cheapest on today’s market.

Both myself and my partner were already aware of this company as many of the caravans on our site already have their platforms, so we were aware of the quality and design before ordering. The whole experience was a pleasure, together we sorted the necessary measurements from me, (numerous calls always a pleasure and you felt nothing was too much trouble) then delivery and fitting was great, it was pleasure to meet Kim and Dave in person on site (even our cat watched Dave the whole time of the delivery and fitting!) . There was a slight issue which was dealt with quickly, the platform is amazing and enhances our holiday home! We would give this company the highest recommendation there is (A1 star) and is a little gem of a company. Kim and Dave are also genuine, friendly and absolutely down to earth really nice people :)

Kim and Dave couldn’t have been more helpful. After an unforeseen challenge happened we required steps for our new caravan. With only half an hours notice thru allowed us visit their workshop to look at a set of up and over steps. Both of them were super friendly and helpful and confirmed they could get a set made and delivered within the week!Delivered and installed when they said and the quality of them are outstanding.Great value for money.10/10 serviceWould highly recommend
