Good service

I would like to thank your lovely assistant who was working on Friday 21st May at around 5 o'clock. I needed some prints of my phone. Nothing was a trouble to her. She even found me the perfect frame for my pictures to go in. So annoyed I cant remember her name. Thank you, will definitely call again.

Brilliant customer service from Emma the area manager and the other member of staff who I believe was also called Emma. We had just had the worst experience ever from Huyton post office trying to get my Granddaughter a passport. They just didn't want to do it. We decided to go and get the photograph taken at Max Spielman. While we were there Emma went the extra mile and talked us through the passport service they themselves provide. Both members of staff went that extra mile and sorted everything out for us. Emma (area manager) was super efficient and knew how to provide an excellent customer experience. Huyton post office should do some mystery shopping to Max Speilmann in the Asda at Huyton to pick up some tips on customer service. Thank you both for sorting everything out for us.

Everytime I go to this Max Spielmann, the girl that is there is really helpful, very friendly and very knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. I always go there purely because of her and I know im going to get the print or frame i needed. As you can see, that's today's print done and put in the frame for me. Outstanding service!
