Very nice friendly staff, wonderful to be sitting out in the sun for the first time this year! ShowFour different types of non dairy milk is also very impressive!

The pizza here at 119 is made fresh with good quality ingredients making it taste amazing, the service provided is always good as the staff are really helpful and accommodating and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed with comfortable seating and good natural lighting. Would definitely recommend!

First time try this Cafe, last time for us!Long story short, my friend and I waited well over an hour for the food we ordered. Having asked a couple of time, food finally arrived without the cutley and one single apology. When asked why, as it was not overly busy and certainly it was not under staff, they blame the internet, because our order submitted via scanning a QR code. We ordered drinks and food at the same time, drinks came out in approximately 10 mins but how come no food after waiting for over an hour? Given the interent issue being a geniune problem then the QR order system should have been withdrawn immediately if this's the case.We are old enough to know things do go wrong sometimes. These things do happen, so we do understand that delay can be caused. However the real issue is the way how they deal with the problem and how they treat their customers. We all know that the customer service is vital for all sorts of businesses, and for business in hospitality industry, it is even more important. If this was the cafe I own, I'd first of all offer a very sincere apology and then I'd offer at least a complimentary drink. Saddly, reading from their body language, there wasn't even any attempt or intension to apologize.Well, that's it, we are done completely. This was our first visit and certainly is our last visit.

A lovely cafe with a real community feel.Friendly staff and well made warm drinks (dirty Chai)The cooked breakfast was well priced, tasty and a generous portion.Look forward to going back.

Really disappointing. Granted it was very busy when we visited but there is no excuse for dirty tables, extremely slow service and indifference bordering on rudeness from the staff. Needless to say I will not be returning. In fact the day I was there we both opted to go elsewhere for our coffee after lunch as didn't feel they merited any more of our money

Came for pizza last Friday evening with friends, excellent food and very friendly service. Have been for coffee before on few occasions, and have found it a pleasant experience and atmospheric every time.

Staff weren’t interactive/happy or helpful. Ordering via the QR code didn’t allow for changes. I asked and was told to add it to the comments section and then it was completely ignored. Then I was felt to feel like it was my fault. My daughter ordered a hot chocolate and they forgot the cream and marshmallows so stuck them on top so it was all overflowing. I won’t be going back.

10/10 only cafe I have visited in nailsea and it did not disappoint wide variety of food' cold\hot drinks.Quick service waited no longer than 5 minutes for the food' and was as fresh as could be.

Went last Friday evening. We knew it had a limited menu, but what they do is done well (pizza and burger in our case). Friendly, efficient service and great value. As a bonus, they phoned me following our booking to say they currently do BYO. Recommended.
