In Your Stride Fitness
I have been going to the gym for many years now, however my main work outs are the classes. For the first time since joining the gym, I have been having 1-1 sessions with Jess as I suffer with lower back pain and I can honestly say that after all the exercises and advise from Jess (4/5 weeks) it has made a big difference. I feel my body shape has change for the better and I feel a lot stronger in my core and feel less back pain. An issue that I have also suffered with all my life, is after any exercise, I haven’t been doing the correct stretches/warm downs and that is one thing that slowly has improved, giving me more flexibility and less muscle tightness. Jess is knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and a great individual. She really cares and will give you 100% during every class.

I needed a PT who could get me back into shape following a lock-down feeding frenzy and long periods of inactivity after injury. Jess was recommended and she's been superb. She gives clear instruction and guidance and supervises closely. Jess is perfect for anyone looking for a professional approach to guided training.

I’ve been working with Jess for just over 6 months and it has been fantastic!Jess is very approachable and professional. She’s really helped me identify and target weaker areas I hadn’t noticed, as well as pushing me to focus on form.In the time I’ve been working with Jess, I’ve lost 2.5 stone, but more importantly, I have gotten so much stronger and my confidence in the gym and my abilities has greatly improved.

When I decided to begin my fitness journey, I entered into it with a fair amount of trepidation, 25 years of medical conditions & procedures have affected my body and ability to move in so many ways. Therefore a personal trainer seemed the sensible option and I couldn’t have wished for anyone better than Jess.She listened to my concerns, took on board my medical issues and concerns. Every week she tailors our workouts around them, leave me exhausted but with a feeling of accomplishment. She, doesn’t give me an easy pass but she pushes me to push myself and because of her training I can move better, I’m getting my strength back and I feel more confident in my own skin for the first time in decades.Jess cares about her clients, she has a passion which she passes on to everyone she trains. Without Jess I wouldn’t have as much drive to go to the gym and I certainly wouldn’t enjoy it as much as I do. Jess has been a godsend for me, she truly is the best anyone could hope for and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a PT.
