Great staff. Couldnt be more friendly amd very helpful. Went in for a harness for my puppy and the lad tried different makes and sizes. Would highly recommend this store.

I've been going to carltons shop since I was 10 so that's a good 29 year for me and I always find what I want staff always so friendly especially the owner Ang she is fab, prices haven't really changed she will Tey her best to keep prices low but obviously enough to make her business thrive x so if u haven't been get along x
