Ordered a delivery yesterday at 9:30pm and still haven’t received anything. They’ve never even answered my phone calls. Total silence. That’s just crazy! I want my money back.

Food took over three hours to arrive was stone cold tried to contact the restaurant and phone was off the hook bag food arrived in was already open not sealed and unwillling to support customers avoid at all cost worst place around

I made an online online at 5pm for 6pm. After waiting 25 minutes I decided to call them. They couldn’t find my order. Up to this point it was more than likely not their fault. However they said they would do the order so I waited another 40 minutes and called again. They still didn’t have my order. I thought it would be reasonable to expect them to let me know. Cancel the order and order again was their suggestion. Jokers really.

I really enjoyed my food. Had a Chicken Kebab. Was great and a fine portion. My partner had blackpudding but she didn't enjoy it, not because of anything that MasterChef did, but because she ordered the wrong thing!!The chips were very good and the service was too notch. Will use again.

Usually a great experience but very disappointed with tonight’s service. Placed an order via Dunfermline Eats and was quoted delivery between 4:15pm-4:45pm, order arrived at 5:06pm. I didn’t mind it being a little late but the food was stone cold and missing the drink that I paid for? Noticed that the bag was open shortly after accepting it from the driver but by this point he had already rushed back down to his car. Not good at all.
