Kirkstall health centre

I noticed that Kirkstall health centre was not showing up when I looked for it.I had already posted Morris Lane surgery and taken pictures and realised that although I posted it under Morris Lane the Health centre is in the same building.This is THE Kirkstall health centre and incorporates a GP surgery on the top level.NOT to be confused with Kirkstall Lane health centre There are bus stops just outside the building on Morris lane . This service is 38,49,50,50A and 91On the lower level at the rear of the building is CAHMS for West Leeds. This is the child and adolescent mental health service.It is not accessible from the top floor and vice versa. The entrance is to the right and down the outside steps towards the car park.The entrance is well signed and has an electronic entry system. There is also a secure staff entrance from the rear car park .There are several community services accesssed from the reception at the front of the building . As you enter the building from the front the community health centre reception is the first window on the right( for gp straight on through next set of doors.)Access to the website will give you an up to date list of clinics.There are two disabled parking bays in the rear car park .If car park is full there is on street parking in the area.The building is wheelchair accessible throughout and there are disabled toilet facilities..
