Michael, from Alans, and his team are without a doubt the best removal company I have used. Having had terrible experiences in the past with other companies i.e missing items, damaged goods/property etc. I was so anxious about going through the whole moving ordeal. Our move was from a 5 bed house. Michael was friendly, professional and organised throughout the process from day 1. His quote was accurate and reasonable. His general calm and relaxed manner really made me feel much less anxious about the impending move. We came across some last minute issues, necessitating storage facilities and he accommodated this too. Nothing was too much for him and his team, who were all equally impressive. They worked so quickly and efficiently. One of his colleagues found a large sum of money in an envelope, which had been gifted to my son, which he returned to us, given our previous experience of dishonest removal companies, I was so appreciative. You are guaranteed an honest and efficient service with these fabulous guys! I'm so glad I found Alans removals as I won't have that same feeling of dread when faced with moving in the future, which is a huge relief.

I needed someone who could take a sofa a short distance - about 4 miles. Michael at Alan's responded very quickly and offered to do the job at less than half the price of another firm.The lads who arrived were polite and accommodating and completed the job quickly and efficiently.I would highly recommend Alan's for this type of assignment!
