Jess and Pam came to my Mum’s rescue when she fell and broke her hip on Saturday 29th March. They were amazing! Kind whilst asking her questions when she was in so much pain and trying to make her comfortable whilst giving her pain relief. We ended up with another crew (Matt and colleague- sorry I didn’t catch her name) who explained what they were trying to do to help get Mum downstairs comfortably. I was so impressed by their communication, compassion and understanding about the situation. I just wanted to publicly thank them for the wonderful job they all did on this occasion and I am sure they are like this with everyone.

I suffered an Angina attack in the Ye Old Six Bells Inn Horley yesterday evening. The Emergency Ambulance arrived fast a code Red responce. The three Man crew including a young Student George support of me was exemplary. They interacted well with my Outreach Carer from Bluebird Care Sussex Weald who had escorted me to St. Lukes Radiotherapy Department for Linear Beam Radiotherapy for Prostate Cancer stage 2 final session on Friday 3rd November.

I emailed them three times, received not a single response.Called the number on the website and explained to the lady the nature of my call, only to be barked at: well you've come through to the switchboard"

I had a very large cut on my calf from the car door. Bognor Hospital dressed it for me ,but it had been bleeding a lot overnight and as I'm on blood thinners we called a ambulance which arrived quickly. The crew were fantastic and redressed it and took me to St Richards A&E. Thank you very much .

Just wanted to say a big Thank you to Frank and Nathan for helping my elderly Mum who had fallen at home... Very professional and caring. They made Mum feel comfortable and we had a good laugh! Cheered Mum up as she has been shielding at home for a whole year and hasn't had many visitors! Many thanks.. Stay safe! x

READ THIS BEFORE APPLYING FOR A JOB.Once employed and you start your training if you fail any part you will be sacked. This will not be explained during interviews.Money sounds good but actually isnt and you dont realise how bad until you start.Long hours with no family life as you are either working or sleeping.You do get blocked time off but seldom at weekends so as above no family time.Can not plan any holidays etc.So many people start and do not stay.Consider carefully before applying.
