First visit and experience was awful. Nobody available at the front desk had to call their call centre to make someone come down to the desk. On completion, card machine was not working and I could not complete the transaction.

Would give no stars if it were possible. Dreadful service. The reception door was locked although according to the website they were open. There was no bell to ring and the telephone number displayed did not work. We waited as there were lights on and we even saw workers come into the reception area and ignore us. Eventually someone opened the door, there was no apology and once our package had been checked, it was put back in the box with very little care or attention. We had no choice but to use DHL on this occasion but if given the choice in the future we would keep well away.

Jobsworth wanted to open every children’s parcel (would rewrap as best he could?!) and charge silly money for the privilege - got the feeling it was going to be a lot of bother for him - Post Office wins every which way!!

A day late and charged nearly £5 on the phone to find out where the order they lost was. Ridiculous.
