Rob and Mark are brilliant and trustworthy locksmiths. They responded immediately to our emergency and managed to order and replace the entire front door lock mechanism which was broken in less than 24 hours! Great response.Great price.Great job.Spoke to Rob, he came over within 25 minutes and sorted out our issue.Key broken inside a lock.Rob not only removed the key, he sorted out other aspects. Replaced faulty screws and gave us advice on how to look after our locks for future proofing.Above and beyond!! I'll highly recommend this company. Beyond supportive.I've saved their number!!

Rob was extremely prompt and professional in helping replace the lock on our bifold door, he made sure we were safe while the lock part arrived by installing a temporary workaround lock.
