Upon moving to the house, the boiler was not functional and we were left without heating and hot water for a month and a half, their service is slow and poor, one room has had mould complaints for 2 months which has still not been dealt with and is now getting over personal items. However they can send an electrician in a day to setup the smart meter.

Staff is polite but indifferent and we had many problems during our tenancy that were ignored by student digz. They barely respond to emails and definitely not in a timely manner and even if you call the chances of them helping you once you're a tenant are slim. Overall very unsatisfied and would never rent a property with them again.

The staff at this branch are amazingly helpful and understanding and it's been my most positive experience of renting in Swansea so far. Any time I've had an issue, they've responded the next day and had it sorted as soon as possible. Their maintenance system works really well and they're really responsive on the phones. The team have been really understanding about me deciding not to renew my contract for next year (after initially saying I would back in November but since then I've had a change in circumstances) and I appreciate all of their consideration and giving me time in this situation.

Aside from issues with transferring landlords, we were treated with professionalism, kindness and patience. We have had problems with trying too sort out our contracts but was through not fault of student digs but today we were met with an above and beyond service. They were super helpful, really kind and very happy for us after all the stress we’ve had. Thank you so much

Avoid this company at all costs. They are unhelpful, predatory, and illegally entered our home without notice or approval using another set of keys. The property was filthy upon move-in, and they refused to clean it. We left the place spotless, yet they attempted to charge us. Landlords, beware of their fabricated maintenance costs. They have become unresponsive to emails and phone calls.We are students and have no reason to be untruthful. If most of the reviews for a company are negative, they're probably worth believing.Their response to this review will be full of lies. Don't waste your time with this company.update 02/08/231-this letting agency still seems to believe that sending an email to the tenant permits them to grant anybody unrestricted access to a tenant’s home. They have to wait for our approval.avoid studentdigz if you do not want workmen breaking into your home. please stay safe.2-i’ve added a picture of our waste on the last day of our tenancy, 3 days before the next collection was due.swansea council would be more than happy to collect those bags if they were readied on the day of collection.studentdigz did not visit the property until 2 weeks later. they should have done their job properly and inspected within 1-2 days.now they are trying to charge £150 for removal. avoid them.

This agency are inept, they have left tenants at property 10 days without Gas, contract states that its provided with utilities. When the Gas went off they were contacted only to say the tenant was responsible for the utilities?The strength of a letting agency is their ability to repsond to the one in ten properties that have an issue, 10 days in and still guessing at what's happening. Don't be swayed by the majority of reviews that have had nothing to deal with, have a look at the reviews that have posed a genuine issue that needed a response? Not good. Evironmental health are now taking up the case.

Lovely phone manner. However, they are extremely unresponsive on emails. You have reassurance via the phone they are going to resolve issues and send information, then never/rarely followed up (called 20 about times over the last 2 months). We requested our deposit almost 2 months ago, feels painful to get a deposit run down from them, knowing full well the landlord has sent it over to the agent. Still waiting for the run down and information to be sent to dps. No allowed communication between the tenants and landlord, which is concerning to know the landlord may believe its us delaying any payments to her from the deposit as well.

We have used StudentDigz to let and fully manage our property for the past three years. They let us know of any problems with regards to maintenance and repairs quickly. If something comes up outside of the day to day running of the property they consult with us how to best proceed. Monthly statements are provided which give you a clear overview of money coming in and out of the account. They find good tenants that look after the property, behave responsibly and who, for the most part, pay on time. We have had a full house for the past three years and look forward to continuing to work with them to provide decent as well as affordable accommodation.

One of the worst agencies I've ever seen.In November 2022, when I asked for early end of tenancy they agreed with me paying them an extra 3 months rents, promised that once they find new tenant they will refund me the rest of the rents as well as the deposits. However, up till now they have never contacted me for either the result of finding new tenant or the refund of my deposits. When I sent email asking about this, they ignored me and never replied. Whereas in the meantime, my another previous agency in Scotland has contacted me to refund me the extra fees I accidentally made, which once again reminds me of how low studentdigz's credits can be.If you're a student especially an international student, never rent your accommodation with this untrustworthy company. They can be a total bully to you.

I have been a tenant with Student Digz since July 2022 and they have been golden. Moving in process was super easy, each team member dealt with any queries super quickly and ensured my stay with them was as smooth as possible.
