Zero rating really. No customer service are all. I'm a carer to an 89 year old lady.The day of delivery (friday)told between 9am and 5pm" I stayed till 7pm never arrived!! No one called and still haven't (its Monday pm) perhaps this company should be commended on employing so many employees who have disabilities

Absolute waste of time cancelled deliveries or didn’t turn up have now purchased required equipment from Amazon and had fitted total cost to me of over £100 , I was a nurse for 30 years and expected better disgusted

They provided me with perch stools and zimmer frames when I came out of hospital last year. I called to have them pick up the last item, which they did a couple of days later. Invaluable equipment which I was grateful to have.

In relation to my experience of getting equipment for my wife I can only praise the organisation. Called around 10am, discussed immediate requirement (wheelchair) and other items, and had them delivered to my house with three hours. The OT came out and assessed situation and ordered a raft of items including hospital bed - could have been delivered following day but we deferred to Sun. Gentleman that delivered was absolutely brilliant. Was empathetic with the situation and set up all of the equipment where we needed it. 5 stars so far from me as exceptional service and speed.

Shocking service when it came to collecting the bed following my dad’s passing, my mum was distressed enough having to wait over a week for it to be collected but also understanding that sometimes things can’t be arranged instantly, however nobody turned up on the arranged day and it took my mum calling the following day to be given a lame excuse by the delightful Maria … who I also had the pleasure of chatting with, 10/10 for being the most In compassionate , rude , uncaring person I have ever had the misfortune to speak with, again 10/10 for your ability to make a grieving family feel even worse. I would suggest Maria perhaps considers a career in a lighthouse to avoid having to interact with the general public or goes on a very extensive training course! The one Star awarded is for the drivers as they were professional and had clearly been on the training course Maria missed out on ( probably busy that day hitting small animals with a stick ) so Maria unfortunately you get zero stars because quite frankly you shouldn’t be dealing with the public at all let alone bereaved families….

When the hospital took my father off meds and sent him home as he was not going down as quick as they thought he would" and they wanted him home to die

Terrible customer service. Phoned 3 times I was put straight through to an answering machine left a message and phone number no one phoned me back.

Insensitive, uncaring, unhelpful & incompetent people, incapable of simple tasks or the ability to show compassion or respect. No response emy emails or calls regarding my mother's death and the need to remove items. Wish I could give zero stars, shame on your misguided quote about care which doesn't exist.
