Had a great experience and received expert help for a small framing job I had. They easily understood the complexity of a glass frame and found a solution for how to hang the artwork that didn’t obstruct the aesthetic. Since you can see through the words to the wall behind, it was important that there was no string. Thanks for the help!

I recently took a large piece of art to be framed and am so happy with the outcome, they’ve done a brilliant job. They are always extremely friendly and helpful, and have an eye for what will look best with truthful and honest advice. They were also really helpful with fixing an existing issue with a piece that was originally framed elsewhere. I strongly recommend this company, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dismissive attitude. Really pretty rude and tried to rush me into a decision when I needed time to decide on mounts and frames. Also please don't insist on giving me a price until I'm happy with what you can do. I left with my paintings and went elsewhere. Terrible service.Update: when I went to collect my paintings today from the second framing shop I was given a card that had an apology from Regent Frames and a gesture of compensation. They'd tracked down where I took the paintings and delivered it there. It doesn't change the treatment I had in their shop but it's nice to know that customer reviews do matter to them and that they tried to make amends. It's only fair that I update this review to reflect that.

I had to frame two pieces of artwork for a buyer and was completely new to the process so I couldn't have been happier to find his place. The customer service was excellent.They really took the time to discuss the framing, taking into account the circumstances I had and later emailed me the same information to discuss with the client.The framing itself was fantastic, and the choices we made over frames really elevated the art. It was also done promptly despite the Christmas rush.Recommend the place very highly. It's nice to encounter a business that takes care of its customers in not just a professional way, but also a more personal way.

I live further away from Leamington now but am always happy to make a special journey to Regency because there's no one else who compares.The choice of frames is the best in the area ( not just gilts and silvers but beautiful unusual colours & finishes) Janine is spot on with her advice & the finished product superb. Not many shops deserve 5 stars but this one truly does!

I was recommended Regent Framing from a good friend and colleague who has been using their services for a number of years now. She said she couldn't fault their service and I would have to completely agree, based on my first experience with them.They were patient with me as I chose the right frame for what I needed and they treated my art work with great care. The price was very reasonable and they were even able to turn it around for my tight deadline. I will definitely be going there again next time I have something I need framing.

I always use Regent and am never disappointed, their most recent work for me being unbelievable. The product is only bettered by the service, they went out of their way to help me and even adjusted the final product free of charge due to my mistake at ordering! Can’t recommend enough
