I had two tattoos with Shara yesterday and I would highly recommend her to anyone! Everywhere was clean and hygienic, Shara herself was friendly and chatty and put me at ease. She checked regularly that everything was as I wanted it and she did an amazing job

My daughter just had her ears pierced here and is so happy now!! The piercing lady was lovely and my daughter hardly even noticed it was done! The room is spotlessly clean and would definetly recommend!! 5 stars from mum and daughter!!

I would not recommend getting a tattoo done here. I booked in for an addition to an existing tattoo and really didn't enjoy the experience and I was very unhappy with the tattoo.When I walked in the tattooist doing my tattoo didn't seem to realise he had another appointment after the one he was currently doing. I then described that I basically wanted a copy of the dog I already had (right in the picture) but a bit smaller, with the head tilted down, and with a bit of fuzz. He then fumbled about printing off the reference picture I sent of the existing tattoo several times and created a bodged collage of it.We then agreed on the positioning of the new tattoo and he proceeded to draw what I can only describe as a fuzzy horse on my ankle.I agreed that he could go over the old tattoo so they were both equally dark in colour but as you can see in the photo, he missed a line or two and failed to follow the existing line of the dogs chest.As the tattoo was on my ankle I couldn't really see what he was doing until he finished and I was devastated by the result.Throughout the appointment he was chatting with friends about where they were going for drinks afterwards and I felt like he was not at all interested in me or my tattoo and just wanted to get to the pub.He gave me no information about aftercare and sent me on my way. The whole thing felt very unprofessional and I've ended up going elsewhere for a £360 cover up. This was especially gutting as not only did the new tattoo need covering up, but it meant the original tattoo, which I loved, also had to go. Thankfully I love the cover up tattoo and felt really well taken care of by the people at Blood of Angels. I highly recommend them over SA Collective.

What an incredibly accommodating business. Just walked in to get my ears pierced and so helpfull and incredibly professional. No pain and highly recommend to anyone wanting a piercing. Thankyou so much.

I have had at least 20 tattoos done at Smartart and every one has been a very good experience from my first tattoo to my most recent would recommend this friendly business to anyone.All the tattoo artist are professional and amazing at their art work.

Best piercer i’ve ever been to, amazing atmosphere, she was so lovely and talked me through everything. Has been healing perfectly and the extra jewellery is gorgeous, never going anywhere else for a piercing!
