Unfortunately my experience with AKS studio has been quite a difficult one.I got married in September 2021, and after receiving my Wedding/Walima pictures and videos, I requested to make changes to the wedding video as it was poorly edited. With many irrelevant scenes, change of songs and important parts that I liked were cut out.It’s a moment of your special day, a memory you cherish for life and wish to look back upon and it saddens me that I have to come here and say this.I’ve tried to communicate with the team and as they said I can come into the studios and suggest my changes and get the video complete. However I’ve been unsuccessful in getting my wishes met.I even sent a list of songs for the new edit that were appropriate for a wedding, as some of the songs in my video were too much like mendhi songs.If I could go back and change my choice I wouldn’t chose this company again!14 Months later and I really wish that I could just get a Proper response back and my completed wedding movie!
