Premier came and fitted a bay window a couple of years ago, I chose them again as they had previously fitted a back door, unfortunately one of the sealed units was accidently smashed, called to ask them to come measure and replace it, and was told they would only replace a minimum of three windows or replace the full bay window, poor after sales customer service, wont be using them again or recomend them as I have done in the past.

If I could give them no stars believe me I would! Maurice is full of false promises and there is no after sales once you've spent thousands of pounds with them as a new customer. Told to stop pestering him after second call after saying he was coming and still not come now weeks in. Got someone else to do the work. It appears he's getting quite a reputation!!! Think carefully re this company

Rang and asked someone to visit regarding new Windows. Receptionist said she would arrange. Nothing. VisitedPremier Windows Receptionist, kept me waiting 10 minutes (chatting on phone) She was reluctant to leave her office (social distancing) Quite liked a door and window. Information not forthcoming . Indicated brochures on counter. Nice pictures, no prices. Lots of businesses are closing, I predict this one will follow shortly!?

Premier Windows recently fitted us a new composite door & windows what amazing job they have done, nothing was to much trouble.I went to several other companies, but premier windows were the best.From first going into the showroom and disgusting what we wanted the the very helpful young lady.What a fantastic job Maurice and his team have done.Thank you, I can definitely recommend them.

Maurice and Jamie came here yesterday to fit new doors and windows. They worked extremely hard all day to get everything fitted. They were polite and respectful of the property. Oh and they both had a great sense of humour. I would recommend the company to anyone thinking of using them. Brilliant.

Rang Premier Windows last week to report a fault with our bathroom window. As it had been fitted quite a few years ago expected to be told it needed replacing. However, young man came along today and within minutes had sorted problem out. Many thanks Premier, we're really grateful for sorting that out for us.

Came in to look at composite doors and windows. All Covid-19 safety measures were in place and the young lady in office maintained safe distancing, which I was really happy about as I have a family member who is quite vulnerable. Salesman really friendly, not pushy and provided me with drawings when I asked so it was clear what I was having. Really happy with the price too. Cheers Premier team
