Can't fault the guys from the Chelmsford branch..even to the point as I approached the shop with my bike; one guy opened the door, and another had a bike stand ready.Easy to contact by telephone. Bought bike online from this branch and now having met the staff in-store will deffinately use them for purchase and repair. Great service thank you!

If you are looking to purchase a bike I would defintely suggest cycles UK Chelmsford. Paul was awesome and very clear about everything and was more than helpful. Firstly I appreciate the fact that they actually sourced out the bike I wanted and actually did everything to make so easy as for me to just walk in and collect my bike. I would like to thank Cycle UK CHELMSFORD specially Paul for all the help and assistance. It was pleasure delaying with you guys and I personally would defintely recommend these guys as they are the best. They will get you exactly what u want and make the whole experience absolutely hassell free. Thanks guys it has been a pleasure.

Recently had a crash on my road bike and the rear derailleur had stop working. Took it in for a diagnostic and they had it fixed within 10 minutes. Turns out Di2 has a crash mode which I didn't know about - but the team at Cycles UK Chelmsford thankfully did.That's the value in having a local bike shop, with experienced expert mechanics working there. Thanks!

Have been looking for a knowledgeable, friendly and efficient bike shop for a while...and finally hit the jackpot. Having bought a new Trek for my boy, it was well prepared and as described. The staff were eager to help at all times, both onb the phone and in store. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Called up to get some help removing a stubborn pedal, popped in with the bike and they had it sorted in a few mins, thanks to right tools and know how. They didn’t charge me for this. Great to receive this kind of service. Have bought a few bits from this store in the past and always great service
