Food is usually lovely hot and fresh. However there's not the option to have plain items. Each time you order through Just Eat you HAVE to choose a sauce option to move to the payment page. Ridiculous. My child doesn't eat sauces so always wants PLAIN kebab and chips. Not everyone wants sauce..! Also . Despite me asking both in writing and over the telephone for sauce to be POURED ALL OVER the pizza....the way I like it and have had it served for over 20 years here... It's NEVER done they send a silly little dipping pot (when they remember) and it's extremely annoying that even when they swear blind over the telephone that they understand the order THEY DO NOT. .. CLEARLY. and it spoils said order. Furthermore.. you shouldn't have to follow up an order with an explanation everytime for it to still be incorrect when it arrives. Just blatant disregard for people's preferences which is a shame as this place used to be so popular for the tailored product. Not anymore...it's take the money and send em whatever .. and the time to deliver takes the wotsit now as well ..!! I can walk to Dudley to fetch it and make sure the orders right in half the time it takes them to deliver lately. They have also removed the pay cash option.. and I'm not surprised as I for one would refuse some items based on them not following simple instructions...

I have ordered from here lots of times love the pasta with chicken .. unsure what has happened to the chicken but not how it used to be. More than twice now food has been missing on a order. So disappointing from a place that I enjoy there food. What has happened?

I brought 1 chicken skewer thats cheap 2 lamb skewers which wasn’t the greatest size and cost me £12 well overpriced ie i could’ve brought fish and chips for £10 and there business cost have gone up alot more and even kfc and i would’ve had change left over,lamb curry with naan even cheaper,dominos large pizza £12 feeds 3 people i wont be ever return here again.The owner needs to realise he will lose alot business i have been in food industry myself for while wrong move i wish him the best.

Been ordering from this place for 25 years but after receiving my order tonight can no longer justify their prices for what you get. Their large portion of chips are really small portions, I don't think I received Large portions but received small and paid for large. When I called and questioned it they said we had received large I dont think for a minute that we did. Lost our custom!

Delivery over 1hr late phoned them but they had closed not knowing what was happening I went to bed for the delivery guy to knock the door I got up he apologised said he was pulled over by the police joker. but the food was stone cold and I wasn't paying for Cold food. Told him to sod off. Tried ordering since but they said I never opened the door absolute joke delivery guy needs to be sacked.

Go here for lunch on college breaks a couple times a week. The food here is awesome, so tasty (especially the hot pasta with roasted veggies). Decently priced and 100% get what you pay for. Staff are always so welcoming and sweet, no matter how busy it is! Always get service with a smile and gorgeous food!

I have always liked pars but must say it has gone downhill a bit. Its so expensive too, the chip portion is tiny for the price. Food is usually lovely but some improvements needed.
